Dried Strawberries

Strawberries are delicious fresh and just as delicious as a dried snack. They can be freeze-dried, retaining their colour with a lightly crunchy, melt-in-the-mouth texture; or air dried usually with sulphur dioxide to keep the colour. Ripe's dried strawberries are air dried but without the additives, so are not the typical red colour but are just as delicious.
